• Use outputs to build competing services.

• Your Inputs: You retain ownership of what you submit.

• Non-Exclusivity: AI may generate similar outputs for others.

BAISS uses your Inputs/Outputs solely to improve the Service.

• Service IP: All platform rights belong to BAISS.
• Limited License: You get a personal, non-transferable license.

• Use of the Service follows our Privacy Policy.
• We comply with GDPR and EU data laws.

• Billing: Current version is free, future features may be paid.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

We may suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We’re legally required to act.
• Your use poses security or integrity risks.

• Service is provided “as is.”
• No guarantee on AI accuracy or reliability.
• We’re not liable for misuse or damages.
